The SAMCO® CPW Series is a single-stage, open impeller process pump designed for handling pulpy and fibrous solids in suspension, as well as corrosive and non-corrosive liquids. Fully open impeller design improves solids handling while reducing clogging and air binding.
Engineered for reliable solids handling, the CPW combines robust mechanical construction, adjustable impeller clearance and simplified maintenance to maximise uptime in heavy-duty process environments.
Balances hydraulic thrust loads, reducing stuffing box pressure and minimising clogging.
Impeller position can be externally adjusted to maintain efficiency as wear occurs.
Maintenance can be performed without disturbing pipework or driver alignment.
Eighteen pump sizes built around three robust power frame assemblies to maximise interchangeability and reduce spare parts inventory.
Integral casing feet provide rigid support and help maintain coupling alignment.
Designed for packing, mechanical seal or dynamic seal arrangements with simplified maintenance access.
